About SRP EV Flex Charge
SRP is making electric vehicle (EV) adoption more accessible, convenient and affordable. As our customers transition to electric vehicles, SRP will work to provide the necessary energy and charging solutions to meet the diverse charging needs and manage the overall impact to the electrical system. This pilot program will study the potential to manage those impacts by incentivizing residential customers for allowing SRP to leverage their Level 2 EV smart chargers to make brief adjustments to their charging schedule and/or charging level during periods of high electric demand.
With SRP EV Flex Charge, you’ll receive a $50 bill credit for signing up your qualifying Level 2 smart charger and allowing SRP to make remote adjustments to your charger’s schedule or energy use during periods of high demand for electricity. You’ll still have plenty of time for a full charge each day, and you’ll help SRP mitigate energy peaks throughout the day. You’ll also earn $25 for each additional year of participation. Learn more.
